To understand the dirtbag mentality of the typical Trump-loving domestic terrorist, the kind of creature whose primal instincts have been liberated by Typhoid Donny, you need only read the new FBI affidavit that details the plot to kidnap the duly elected Democratic governor of Michigan.

The six right-wing militia members featured in the document have gifted us with dialogue – seemingly lifted from the novels of Elmore Leonard – that artfully captures the tawdry spirit of our dystopian era.

Last spring, Trump told his locked n’ loaded losers to “liberate Michigan” from the clutches of Gretchen Whitmer, who was taking bold steps to stop the spread of a deadly disease. And as the affidavit makes clear, Trump’s call of the wild was duly obeyed. Because, for starters, they were very upset that Whitmer had closed the gyms.

Alas, these nutbags now realize that kidnapping a governor – snatching her at her vacation home, and perhaps assassinating her – runs seriously afoul of the federal criminal code.

Granted, they’re not the brightest bulbs. After all, they’re Trumpists. But they sure do have a way with words, obscene and otherwise. Here’s a vivid sampling from the affidavit, as recorded by the FBI informants who were inside the conspiracy. A veritable smorgasbord of the basest MAGA instincts:

“(Let’s kidnap) this tyrant bitch. I don’t know, boys, we gotta do something.”

“Snatch and grab, man. Grab the fuckin’ governor, Just grab the bitch. Because at that point, we do that dude – it’s over.”

They would take her to a secret location and put her on “trial” for “treason.”

“We about to be busy, ladies and gentlemen…This is where the patriot shows up…It starts now, so get fucking prepared!”

“Have one person go to her house, knock on the door, and when she answers, just cap her.”

“Fuck, catch her walking into the building and act like passersby.”

“I just wanna make the world glow, dude…That’s what it’s gonna take for us to take it back, we’re just gonna have to, everything’s gonna have to be annihilated, man. We’re gonna topple it, dude. It’s what great frickin’ conquerors, man, we’re just gonna conquer every fuckin’ thing, man.”

“(Whitmer) is a fuckin’ political parasite. The world would be better without that person, I’ll say that.”

“I don’t give a fuck if there’s only 20 or 30 of us, dude, we’ll go out there and use deadly force.”

“She fucking goddamn loves the power she has right now…All good things must come to an end…Everybody takes their tyrants.”

Whitmer’s vacation home, which they repeatedly surveilled, “is the perfect fuckin’ setup.”

“Kidnapping, arson, death – I don’t care.”

“When the time comes (shortly before the Nov. 3 election), there will be no need to try and strike fear through presence. The fear will be manifested through bullets.”

Such eloquence doesn’t exactly rise to the level of Cicero or Pericles. But it beautifully mirrors the brutish incendiary ignorance of the infectious loon who’s currently jacked on steroids in the White House. And, naturally, his newly-tweeted response to the kidnapping plot is yet another incitement: “Governor Whitmer of Michigan has done a terrible job. She locked down her state for everyone…Governor Whitmer – open up your state, open up your schools, and open up your churches!”

Translation: the bitch had it coming.
